ShipWorks is a desktop software application that provides the bridge between popular online sales systems and major shipping carriers. Through our integration with ecommerce platforms such as eBay, Marketworks, Miva Merchant, OS Commerce, ShopSite, and Yahoo! Stores, and our partnerships with UPS, FedEx, USPS, Endicia, and Stamps.com, ShipWorks gives merchants a simple way to print shipping labels and ship their orders. ShipWorks downloads orders directly from the merchant's online store and can automatically upload shipping and tracking information when the order is shipped. Sellers using ShipWorks have a central place for managing customers and orders, sending email, printing invoices, and running reports.

With a rapidly growing customer base, and thousands of shipments being processed each day, providing our customers with the best possible user experience is an absolute necessity. The Divelements SandBar and SandDock components have been very helpful in creating a streamlined and customizable workflow within our ShipWorks software. By incorporating Divelements products, development time has been reduced and customer experience has improved significantly.

The main order view provides users with their order information in an easy-to-read customizable grid. SandDock components provide “Panel” interface elements that allow for at-a-glance information. Panels can be re-arranged, re-sized, undocked and pinned as tabs.

Two tabs at the top of the main screen allow users to quickly switch between the Orders and Customers view. ShipWorks also makes use of tabbed interface elements throughout other areas of the application, including the Template Manager, and the Email Composer.

A number of toolbars are conveniently located at the top of the main screen. Each toolbar is related to specific functionality, including downloading and printing orders, shipping, creating labels, searching and filtering. Each toolbar can be enabled/disabled, re-arranged, and undocked into a floating window, allowing users to create a screen layout that meets their workflow needs.
