Product Information for Navisight

This release splits the product into a version for .NET 1.x and a version for .NET 2.0, in the style of our newer products. We have added an AutoFitContents property to make automatic layout of ExplorerBar panes easier, and fixed a .NET 2.0 specific bug where the size of a designed ExplorerBarPane could be incorrect at runtime.
